Are you someone who is: • Curious about beginning yoga but not quite ready to hop into studio classes? • Looking for more structure or guidance than you may get from YouTube videos? • Interested in developing a deeper level of knowledge about yoga - beyond just the physical? This 21 day program is designed to guide you safely into your own practice, building confidence and strength while learning the basics of yoga. During each of the three weeks, we'll dive deeper into our yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices, and learn to incorporate these in our daily life. You will receive 3 new videos each week (a variety of 15, 30, and 60 minute yoga, breathwork. and meditation classes), that you can take part in at your own pace. In addition to the videos, you will be guided through the weeks with short readings and reflective journaling prompts. You’ll also gain access to optional bonus videos, should you wish to dive deeper into the work. By the end of this course, you'll have experienced a range of class styles, poses, practices, techniques, and teachings, taking with you a toolkit of powerful ways to allow your practice to flourish into something that is uniquely yours.
