Prenatal Yoga + Birth Support
Whether you are beginning yoga during your pregnancy or have practiced for years, prenatal yoga has benefits to both you and your baby throughout pregnancy, during birth, and beyond. Jackie is a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT) and a trained birth doula. One-on-one sessions can be customized to your liking with a mix of yoga practice, informational, emotional, and partner support, and more.
Community Yoga Classes
Currently held on a pop-up basis, group yoga classes are a great way to immerse yourself into a community of other yogis. Grab a friend, your mat, and let's flow! These all-levels classes are the perfect fusion of lengthening, strengthening, and restoring your body, mind, and soul.
