For many of us, struggles revolving around body image seem to creep into our lives at an early age, lingering until we find ourselves capable of confronting them. So many of us refrain from this process altogether out of fear -
fear of what we'll uncover; fear of change; fear of failure; even fear of our own bodies.
In The Embodied Soul, we'll explore ways to uncover what we've been hiding - or hiding from. We'll break down the way we view, treat, and engage with our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies, and utilize the foundational tools of yoga, breathwork, meditation and mindfulness to rethink what we've been told, reconsider what we've come to believe, and reconnect to our bodies on a deeper level than ever before.
The goal of this group is to remind you that you are safe, whole, and worthy in your body, no matter the journey you have traveled with it so far, and by tuning in to yourself daily, you can slowly but certainly rebuild a relationship with your body - one rooted in love and appreciation.
