My personal teaching style reflects a blend of my Classical Yoga education, along with my background as a student of Power Vinyasa. This fusion allows for a bit of crossover, both as a teacher and as a practicing yogi, and opens up space for my students to bring their own individuality to our sessions.

I believe that, in order to live an authentic life, aligned with our core values, strengths, and desires, our entire being must be attuned.
