“Yoga is the journey
of the self,
through the self,
to the self.”
- BHAgavad gita
Hi there! I'm Jackie, and I'm glad you've landed here.
My passion lies in introducing yoga to beginners. The enthusiasm that exudes from a room of students who have just taken their very first yoga class (or their first class in some time), is infectious. The opportunity to share the deeply rooted benefits of the practice of yoga for the mind, body, and soul is one I hold with much gratitude.

Whether you are brand new to the practice, or simply haven't come to your mat in 5, 10, 20 years, allow me to guide you through the foundations of yoga from your very own starting point.

By teaching from an "off the mat" approach, we go beyond just the physical poses. Our practice integrates the various mindfulness and lifestyle practices of yoga, intended to work in conjunction with the physical, in order to help us navigate life from a well-aligned place.
Teaching yoga with this holistic approach provides students with the ability to connect with all aspects of their practice - developing a variety of techniques to incorporate into their daily life - all while enjoying an invigorating, nourishing yoga flow, and establishing a practice that suits their desires.

Based out of Riegelsville, PA and serving the Delaware River towns of Bucks County, PA and Hunterdon County, NJ, you can find me in various studios, parks, and other pop-up locations throughout the area. Follow along on social media to stay in the loop and join a local group class!
Interested in a private yoga session? These sessions are catered to your specific goals and preferences, giving you the opportunity to custom-build your yoga lessons. My personal teaching style reflects a blend of my Classical Yoga education, along with my background as a student of Power Vinyasa. This fusion allows for a bit of crossover, both as a teacher and as a practicing yogi, and opens up space for my students to bring their own individuality to our sessions.
I also strive to incorporate intuitive movement into my teaching, encouraging students to tap into their bodies and move in ways that feel good to them, Learn more about the various class styles you might be moving through here.
Holistic Flows: A way of yoga and of life.
I believe that, in order to live an authentic life, aligned with our core values, strengths, and desires, our entire being must be attuned. The harmony that is realized when body, mind, and soul are operating on the same wavelength allows for the opportunity to manifest our intentions and desires into every aspect of our lives.
The same applies to our yoga practice - a practice that reaches depths so far beyond just the physical, drawing from the philosophical, emotional, spiritual, and beyond.
The role of yoga in our personal evolution is a synergistic one. The individual deepens their connection to the self and curates the tools for personal transformation on every level, while the practice grows and transforms throughout all stages of life, providing the student with exactly what they need along the way.
I look forward to practicing with you! Namaste.
